Beauty Through the Lens Media Group is our commercial division, covering headshots, content production, image licensing, memberships, digital products, fine-art prints and community art programs.

Where are you located and where do you travel?

We are based in New Jersey and regularly work throughout the tri-state area, including New York City. Travel beyond that region is available and quoted per project.

Yes. The Media Group handles team headshot days, ongoing content production, licensing, and program partnerships. You can request a proposal and we will scope the work, deliverables and timeline in writing.

How do I book a session?

Start on the booking site or send an inquiry through the contact form. We confirm the date, time and location, then hold the slot on our studio calendar.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A session deposit equal to one third of the total session price is collected to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due at or before delivery.

What happens right after I book?

You receive a client intake packet by email immediately, covering preparation notes, wardrobe guidance, location details and what to expect on the day of the shoot.

Can I reschedule?

Reschedules are accommodated whenever the calendar allows. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Reach out as early as possible so we can move the slot rather than release it.

What am I responsible for?

Paying the non-refundable retainer of one third of the session total at booking, and the remaining balance before delivery or by the invoice due date. Giving at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Commercial shoots cancelled within 72 hours of call time incur 50% of the creative fee plus committed third-party costs. Providing location or site access and any permits needed for the shoot. Supplying brand assets, logos, product samples and the shot list, and warranting that you hold the rights to any logos, products, artwork or premises depicted. Scheduling your own staff for headshot days, with participants arriving on time and prepared per the intake packet. Obtaining releases from your own employees and guests, unless you engage us to collect them. Making timely image selections and approvals so delivery timelines hold. Confirming that your intended use falls within the license you purchased and any releases provided. Ordering prints and products through the correct product and lab options, and supplying an accurate shipping address. Keeping your gallery password and account credentials private, and not sharing them outside your household or organization. For recurring plans, giving 30 days' written notice to cancel. Unused monthly deliverables do not roll over.

How do I see my photos after a session?

Each client receives a private, password-protected gallery. When the gallery is ready you get an email with the link and password at the address and phone number on file.

Can I order products directly from my client gallery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every client gallery includes its own product picker and checkout, so you can order prints and products from the images in your gallery without leaving it.

Why can't I download or right-click some images?

Accepted Answer

Right-click is disabled site-wide and gallery images are served through short-lived secure links to protect copyrighted work. Licensed digital files are delivered directly to you when your package or license includes them.

Why are some photographs marked not for sale?

Certain images — including employee headshots and read-only archival collections — are shown for display purposes only. Those images carry a note stating the photo is not for sale and cannot be added to the cart.

Who actually prints my order?

Every product is produced by a professional photo lab — Prodigi, WHCC, Mpix, WhiteWall, Loxley Colour, or one of our diamond-art partners. When you choose a product you also choose the lab that makes it, and the order is submitted directly to that lab for production.

Can I choose the lab and the product myself?

Yes. Open an image, then filter by lab and product type. Prints, framed and mounted wall art, canvas, metal, acrylic, albums, gifts, stationery and custom diamond-painting kits are all available depending on the lab.

How long does production and shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Most paper prints ship within 2–4 business days of production. Framed, mounted, acrylic and album products typically take 5–10 business days. Diamond-art kits and specialty European lab items can take 2–3 weeks. Each lab ships on its own schedule, so a multi-lab order may arrive in separate packages.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order and free on orders over $100. Items produced by different labs still count toward the same order total.

What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the item. Lab production or shipping defects are remade or refunded. Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Are diamond painting kits made from my own photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Diamond Art Club and Painting With Diamonds kits are produced as custom kits from the image you select, in the size and drill type you choose at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Invoices can also be settled with the transfer handles shown on the invoice, and we never store card details ourselves.

How do invoices work?

You receive an emailed invoice with its own secure link. Every invoice shows a full line-item breakdown of each service provided, including any items billed at $0.00, so nothing is hidden.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in the shop and can be redeemed in the cart toward sessions and products.

What does the Studio Membership include?

Studio Membership is $19.99 per month and includes 10% off print and product orders plus early access to new collections and releases.

Can I license images for commercial use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Licensing is handled through the Media Group. Tell us the intended use, placement, territory and term, and we will issue a license and quote for it.
